I have purchased Propel Fitness Treadmill on Dec 2011 Model : HT 57. From Jan 2012 onwards I have faced motor problem like “if I run more than 10min in treadmill, we can hear noise from Motor, I have raised my concerns to Propel fitness customer care frequently, till now motor problem not resolved. Technical people will come after 3 days from ticket raised and they will clean carbon brush, ask me to monitor machine.
On Feb or Mar 2012, after changing the carbon brush motor got short circuited, then they told me to wait for 2 weeks for replacement. After changing the parts, again motor noise was occurred. Again I have raised many complaints but still they are not capable to fix the issues PERMANENTLY.
