[Resolved]  property — Registration & Stamp Duty without sanction letter

I have complaint about Mira Road estate agent.They shown me the one BHK property.and given to registration and Stampduty without any sanction letter.now banks are not giving loans due to negative area which i was not aware and agent not given any information,i m new in property .so please help what should i do because i m in loss of 50,000/- plus harassment.They want to cancel the registration without full n final.
