[Resolved]  Provident Fund Department — Non Settlement of Provident Fund Claim

I Mr. Viswambhara Varma worked with M/s. ABI Express Pvt Ltd., Company A/c. No. : MH/41987, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in March 2008, till date i have no feedback from the department or nor i received any money which is got deducted from my salary.

Request you to please take up the matter and get the same approved and settled. Thanks in advance for your co opertaion for the same.

Sir, I am working in MP Tourism, Paryatan Bhawan, Bhadbhada Road Bhopal. Our earlier Contractor M/s. Sanjay Securities, Bhopal deducted Rs. 1031/- as PF. After six month his contact period is over and refunded our PF. But I got only Rs. 5197/-. I thought i would get around Rs. 12000/- as our contractor said that MP Tourism is also depositing the same share. But when i got the less amount, I confirm with the PF Dept. and then they replied your tenure is not sufficient to give you extra amount.

But my question is that my salary is Rs. 7500/- and the actual Rs. 900/- went to PF Account and the total came Rs. 5400 then why I received only Rs. 5197/-. Alteast I there is no increase, i would have got at least 5400/-.

I swati hingane worked with M/s. kf boi plants Pvt Ltd., Company A/c. No. : MH/31934/1100, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in March 2008, till date i have no feedback from the department or nor i received any money which is got deducted from my salary

My PFclaim against PF A/C No.DL/18274/23 pending with PF Office, Wazirpur, Delhi since 9th april, 2008. Sent various emails but nobody bothered to attend the same.

mene ranbanka agency ke sath 2006 se 2007 tak kam kiya lekin mera pf aaj tak mujhe nahi mila he ranbanka sansthan kota ki he . usne pf refund ke liye form bhi bharwaliya he lekin aaj 1 year complete ho gaya he or mujhe mera pesa nahi mila he pl help me

I have also applied for PF Refund around a year back. I have called the person more than 100 times in last one year. He even is not providing me the Acknowledgement number for my application submitted to PF. Now he is not picking my call.
I have submitted my claim at PF dept., Nehru Palace, New Delhi, which is now shifted to CP, New Delhi.
I am very frustrated with there response

Mr. vivek Kumar Gupta worked with M/s.Varun Beverages Pvt Ltd., as concer Firm Jai ram Association Pf A/c. No. :UP28/28311/325, till date i have no feedback from the department or nor i received any receipt Pf Slip which is got deducted from my salary.

Request you to please help me What Can be I know amount of pf ACcount. Thanks in advance for your co opertaion for the same.

No. : KN/35224, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form on May 2007, After repeateative followups Teamlease has paid some portion of my total Amount and udpate me that balance amount will be paid by PF office Bangalore. They also provide me the my claim submission details to PF office but till date i have no feedback from the PF office Bangalore or nor i received any money which is got deducted from my salary. More importantly either they dont pick the phone or give no info. Just ask to wait some more time( Never specity how much time to wait.)

Dear sir

I had submitted my pf withdrawal form on 07.03.2008 at my hyderabad office( ADFC PVTLTD ) which they send to mumbai office on same day. But as on today no progress on status when i went to hyderabad office and also i visited PF office at barkatpura, hyderabad. I am surprised to see this kind of hurdles we have to face to withdraw my hardearned money from government organisation like PF OFFICE.

No body responding at any where and i also mail them and call them so many time but still no response.

I worked with M/s NYK Line India Ltd. and resigned therefrom on 04/01/2008. I submitted my PF claim form after the wait period of 3 months as advised by my ex employer. The submission was made through the ex employer only.However, I am still to receive any settlement of my PF claim!!!1 My account no is

provident fund money not yet received from the pvt ltd co. kusum products ltd. the co. has not paid up the full settlement for most of the employees which it had restricated in october 2003.

kindly help me with the procedure for solving this issue
