[Resolved]  Provident Fund Department — Non Settlement of Provident Fund Claim

Dear Sir,

This complaint is in reference of my provident fund, I have worked
for a ADD Sales & Marketing pvt ltd, Mumbai .My tenure of working
there is for 5 month, and after that i quit from the job due to for
some brighter oppoutunity . Since Past 3 month i am applying for my
P.F from the company I have submt all the necessaties as required
by the company but up to till now i have not received any favourable
response from the side of company in receiving my P.F benefits .
Sir please do consider my problem and guide me what further step
should i take . My P.F number is MH/211171/00056 .As i m
in great need of fund . Please do help me out...

I Yogesh Vijay worked with Anand Rathi Fianancial services ltd Ranchi branch., My PF A/c. No. : MH[protected] . I had submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in DEC 2008.
my salary account had been closed by bank without intimation and in my knowledge pf fund was tansferred on jan month in this account and but still i not got my amount So kndly recheck my matter and transferred my pf fund in my other account no.[protected].


Request you to please take up the matter and get the same approved and settled. Thanks in advance for your co opertaion for the same.

I Ranjana Singh worked with Satyam Computer Ltd, Company PF A/c. No. : AP/23034/28320, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in 2008, till date I haven't received any feedback from the department nor I received my money which is got deducted from my salary.

I am trying for PF from last 4 months, all the claims was settle properly but due to my wrong account no
all cheques has been send back to PF office by branch manager.
After this I have reauthorized all forms again as per PF office requrement but every time they are asking for new forms, authorization. Now they are asking for ASR form Authorized by Establishment .
Where can I get this form?, I have tired to find it on internet.

Sir I Mrs. Vrushali Sanjay Malusare, was working in Citi Finacial, Kandivali (W) poisar & M.G. Road Branch (july 2007 to 31 mar 2008) through Primeone Service Force, Bhopal. Due to staff deduction i lost my job from 1st April 2008.Sir i applied 2 times PF Form XIII.1st form in May 2008 through Citi Financial Dadar Branch. & 2nd in Dec.2008 through courier to Mr. Anil Pethia directly (tel.no.[protected]). He do not gave me any PF no.& i dont have my pf no also. Sir till date I do not received my PF amount.
Therefore, requested you to take necessary action to transfer my PF account for which I will be thank full to you for ever.

I, Maan Bardhan Kanth worked with M/s. Raptakos Brett and Co.Ltd. from 1996 to 2000. My PF A/c. No. : MH/1067/3310.
I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form. But, till date I have no feedback from the department.

I had submitted my pf withdrawal form in the month of MARCH2009, But as on today no progress on status.No body responding at any where and i also mail them and call them so many time but still no response.
i also complaints many times to EPFO. My complaints no are-
(1.)CEPFO/E/2009/04030
(2.)DARPG/E/2009/09776 on date 07/-6/2009.
but still no response on my complaints.
Therefore, requested you to take necessary action to settelment my PF for which I will be thank full to you for ever.

This is 5th mail i sending to u, but still i not my PF Amt why. u told that my form or send on 17-09-08, still it is taking time. u r paying with me i think so. Sir if iam not getting my amt. u ill be receive my lawyer notice very soon. Some of my friend who left a job after me they got they amt but why iam not getting. i gave a call to Mr. Sharath from zonal office in Bangalore last week, he told i get-back u but still no reply. pls do the need full ASAP.

I had worked HEG LIMITEDcompany in MANDIDEEP BHOPAL, from 16/ jan/ 2006 to 23/apr/2008(2yrs 8months). this PF process is crap. if its an employee's money who do we need to go under the torture of our x companies and govt offices to get our own money.can't indian govt really make it easier for people. at this level of development, where service is the priority everywhere, do govt think, people has so much time to go under such foolish processes. cant u simplify this process the way it goes in banks. as its a kind of bank where an employee and employer is depositing money.
cant u just take id proof, signatures, photo, appointment letter or any other way by which i can take my money as early as possible, instead of waiting for 6 months and wasting time, filling forms time and again.
when employer is stamping and varifying, why r u so particular about all details, who r u and wat banefit do u get to know about every minor details where if there is a little mistake, u simply put objection and close it.

Pls simplify this process.
