Dear sir,
this is Naresh Choudhary My PF A/C No HR/28988/0023 writting to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the papar work done from my company Sellowrapepp india pvt ltd BAWAL i sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office Gurgaon by Registered post no - A8228. I was told that it takes about more than 70 days and nothing has been credited to my account.
therefore i request you to look into the matter .

I applied for withdrawal of my Provident Fund in AUG 2008 but till date the amount is not deposited into my account.

I called the customer service dept in Gurgaon continuously for a month but it seems that no one answers the call. The phone was then answered by a person after a month and a half and he told me to dial some other number. I called that number but it was always busy. I managed to speak with someone and he said that he won, t be able to check the status of my PF account, as the computer is on the second floor and the phone is on the first floor. I was amazed.

I called back after 2 days (Jan-09) and a rep answered the phone and said that my PF is still under processing.

What do I do? I is really very frustrating when no one answers your call and once answered this is the response you get.

I confirmed with my previous organization and they said that my PF information is already forwarded in SEP 19TH 2009 however the rep who answered the call said that they received it in Dec 09.

The person who applied for PF withdrawal along with me received his PF in Dec 09 itself. Please call me or i have to take it to the Noodel officer

I strongly agree to all the above comments. I had also applied for PF withdrawal once in 2007 and second time in June 2009. Till now I did not receive any updated from the PF office and did not have the amount credited to my bank account also. My PF A/c number is HR/5572/8479.

I, ramnaresh Tomar, had submitted my PF Withdrawal Claim in Gurgaon Office on 2008. I was working with Star Manpower, Gurgaon for almost 1 years 8 manth (june 2005 till 31th january 2007) and my PF Account No.HR-/26320/161. I submitted the forms and I got received stamp on one small piece of paper. Now that almost 3 years have passed but still I can't view my status online. Whenever I type my details it is showing "Your claim not received by this office". So I would like to know what might be the case that it is still not showing "Received" while checking online.
