this is Vikas srivastava writting to seek your help in my pf withdrawal. After getting all the papar work done from my company Hero honda motors Ltd Gurgaon (Haryana) where i worked for three years, i sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office Gurgaon via company in the month of July 2008 . I was told that it takes upto dec 2008 to get the money but till today it is more than 7 months and nothing has been credited to my account.
therefore i request you to look into the matter .

EPF office,Gurgaon — Not receiving of PF amount yet

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF form duly signed by HR person on 6th Nov. 2008 in the PF office, Gurgaon. But sorry to say three months are over; i have still not received my amount. The rule is that after one month from submitting the form the amount is credited to the account.

When i ask from PF office executive he replied me that forget the case upto april'09.

Please help me as i am in badly need of the money.

Dear Sir,
I have Joined in the above mentioned company during August 2007 and quit on March 5th 2008.I have applied for PF and my PF no is.DL[protected]Delhi North-Wazirpur) Amount credited is Rs.1247/- and the collection charges is Rs.56/- I worked more than 6 months. Deducted Rs.480/- each month. Atleast i have to get my share of contribution.

Kindly enquire and do something to solve my issue.

Dear Sir,

My name is Diana Samuel. I had applied for transfer of my PF amount from account no.HR/GGN/25204/20473.
It was found that the amount was transferred to a wrong PF account AP/37897/10200. I was intimated by RPFC Gurgaon that the amount has already been transferred for Rs. 5165 via cheque no. 340728 dated 05/07/06 in favour of RPFC Hyderabad.

Upon enquiring with RPFC Hyderabad, it was found that the amount was wrongly credited to PF account AP/37897/10200 instead of AP/37897/12825 (Which is my PF account).

I have escalated this issue several times without any success.
I ask you to kindly look into this issue and credit the amount into my PF account asap. The RPFC Hyderabad have sent several letters via fax to get this sorted out but RPFC Gurgaon have not taken any action towards this matter.

Hi,
I am Rajiv Jacob writing to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the paper work done from my company Xchanging Tecnologies Services India Pvt. Ltd( gurgaon), where i worked for near about 18 months(March'07 till August' 08), My company had sent my provident fund clearance document to PF office for which i have the pf no. as 607 as an acknowledgement dated 5th Nov '08. I was told that it takes about 60 days to get the money but till today it is more than 60 days and nothing has been credited to my account.

I was working with Convergys India Services Private Limited Pune office from March 2004 - September 2006. My PF A/c number - HR/GGN/25204/13277. Currently i'm working with Mphasis an EDS company and through this company i had submited a PF transfer form (FORM 13), but i have not received any reply or even the amount has not been transferred to my current PF account. I would really appreciate any help from you towards getting my PF amount either credited to my bank account or transferred to the current PF account.

My P.F. No. is HR 26561/085. My P.F. claim form was deposited on 05th november.'08. Kindly intimate on status of P.F. as it has not been deposited into my bank account till date.
