[Resolved]  Provident Fund Regional Office — My P.F Money Not Received

I have resigned from Transworks on November 24/2007 and finished all the formalities. I have applied for my PF and waiting to get my amount. I am waiting 6months to get my amount. Still it is not transferring to my account. If I want to know what is happening or status, it is really difficult.

These guys dont even respond...they dont pick up the call...Even My PF has been help up for the last 4 months...there is no way by which you can know the status. On Working days it is not possible to go personally to the Office..on weekends (Saturdays) these guys are closed.

How do we know at what stage status the PF processing is in .

As per the Procedure i submitted my P.F form for Withdrawing my P.F Money in the Month of may 2008 and the papers have been stamped in june 2008but till now i have not received it yet.

I also gave a written letter addressing the Officer Of P.F Office for not receving the Money but still no good.
Please Look into this issue & Try helping me out.

I have summitted my PF Withdran Form duly filled by courier to Jasubhai Engineering Ltd located at Vashi Mumbai.But sofar they have not forward the same to PF Regional Office.My PF No. is 308.
I was servicing with jasubhai engineering around 9 years .The name of Director is Mr Bharat shah .

As per the Procedure i submitted my P.F form for transferring my P.F Money in the Month of May 2005 but till now i have not received it yet.

I tried calling the P.F Office which is located Near K.R Puram Old Madras Road but no one answered the call.

Please Look into this issue & Try helping me out.

Please note that a separate Vigilance Team is there to sort out the issues related to PF settlement. KIndly check the website and take up the issue.

This is to Bring to your Notice that i have duly filled by pf form on 26/06/2007 and i have received my cheque on 27/06/2008, as i had to close my account as they were not receiving the salary amount in my bank account the citibank told me to make the account as the personal account as i could not afford to put the min bal of 10, 000/- and i had to withdraw my account and lately received the cheq number:110166 dated 27/6/2008 amount 1935/- PF A/C NUMBER MH/44793/8114 .

Dear Bhoopal,



We have already forwarded the PF Transfer papers to PF Dept. on 27-Feb-2008 (Mumbai)



PF settlement of Employees left after 1st April 2007 will take time (Approx-Dec 08) Coz PF transfers will start only after 3rd week of last month (July 08) and transfer will take at least 2 months from start. Therefore we can forward PF withdrawal / Transfer papers to PF dept after the transfer is complete (Expected by Nov 08 end). Note that the above time is not given by HGSL it is told by PF Commissioner Bandra Branch Mumbai, when Mr.Ramesh GM Finance and Mr.Ravindra Sr.Mgr HR had personally visited

Hi Bhoopal,



We had processed your Forms and had filed with our PF Office for Settlement on 04 Nov, 2008, since the settlement will be done by our PF Office, we request you to contact our PF Office at[protected] and quote your PF Account Number with HTMT for the status.



HTMT will not be able to help in finding the status of settlement as the process managed and owned by RPFC Office which is a Government body, the status will not be shared to HTMT due to confidentiality. Hence, we request Employee to check the status with PF Office.
