[Resolved] Public Provident Fund — Agents of PPF | |||
I HAD OPENED PPF ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF BARODA, M.S.UNIVERSITY BRANCH, VADODARA ON 30.03.2010. WHILE OPENING AN ACCOUNT AND AS I DO NOT WANT TO ENTERTAIN ANY AGENT FOR GETTING COMMISSION I MYSELF APPROCHED TO THE BANK AND OPENED AN ACCOUNT. WHEN I GOT MY PASS BOOK AND PPF COUNTER NEXT DAY ON 31.03.2010 I SAW THE STAMP OF AN AGENT TO WHOME I DO NOT KNOW AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE HOW BANK HAS ALLOWED PAYMENT THRU AN AGENT? I HUMBLY REQUEST TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE AGENTS WHO ARE DOING SUCH THINGS WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE SUBSCRIBERS. AND CANCEL THEIR LICENSE ALSO. OF COURSE I AM A SMALL INVESTOR BUT THIS TYPES OF COMMISSION BANK COULD USE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATION. Was this information helpful? | |||

DEAR SIR,
RE;-Forcefully charge on P.P.F.withdrawal on a/c no. 534 BY P.N.B.PALTAN BAZAR ASTLEY HALL DEHRA DUN
Regarding above we have to request you as under-
1. My wife withdrew of Rs. 100000.00(one lack only) from above said P.P.F a/c. .On 09.05.2012, from said bank.
2. Sir, they refused to make payment through cheque NEFT, RTGS to our bank and forced us for D.D. and charged Rs. 275.00(which is not as per R.B.I.. guidelines)
3. Sir, we also conformed from other bank such as S.B.I etc. They are making payment to P.P.F.a/c holder’s through cheque, NEFT, RTGS to other bank.
4. Sir, P.N.B. Higher office is also agreed with us in ref. to this the mail of SH. S.P.LAMBA Sir, Dy. Manager G.M. Sectt. Delhi dt. 17.05.2012 is enclosed.
5. Sir, respected CHIEF MANAGER of said branch is not agree with his higher office advice (The mail dt. 17.052012 of said branch is enclosed)
Sir, we request you kindly take necessary action on it, kindly also inform us whether we are wrong or right.

In SBI Distt. Kushinagar, Tamkuhiraj Branch is very trusty, because if you want opening a/c or any other you can not do direct, first of all you meet to agent and take him his commission and after some time you will take his passbook.
