I bought diamond ear rings, bridal rings and other sets from their store and there was some issue with the ear rings bought by me. The threads at the back portion of the ear rings were not proper which resulted in the drop of ear ring from the ear.
To get this problem rectified, I visited the store in Navi Mumbai after couple of days and your store manager told me that they will get those ear rings repaired and will give them back to me. I got those ear rings after repair.
After few months, when my mother wore them for the first time during my brother's marriage the same problem occurred and the ear ring fell down from her ear, we were really lucky that we finally found it after a struggle of around 4-5 hours.
When I went to the store with the defective ear ring to get it replaced, I was told that they can only repair the same and when i asked about the assurance there was no assurance in writing about the quality of the repair. After getting it repaired, they asked me a sum of INR 1440 as they have to put additional gold to it. I just want to ask that if there was a manufacturing defect in the piece then why it was not rectified during first complaint itself. Also, if there was a need to put extra gold, why was it not confirmed by asking me about the same. Store sales manager literally told me that they will return me the ear rings only after paying the money. When I asked her to share the contact details of the senior managers, she told that they don't talk to the customers. Are the senior managers of Pure Gold Prime Minister of India, that they can't talk to the customers. I also work as a Senior Manager with a Multi national company and for us customer comes first, prior to our designations and false ego.
