[Resolved]  Pure It Battery — Helpline Number is not responding

I am having Hindstan Lever Pure it water filter and the battery is Due for change I have been tryinng the Help Line Number [protected] from 16th June 2009 Moring to Till evening but the number continus engage.

after sales service at raipur (c.g) is horrible. no body is bothered to even lift telephone. need to improve or close sale of pureit
I have been trying the helpling number [protected] from the last one and a half months, I even had a word with few customer care reps : Sherly, Harinder Singh, Shrutika and Ramish and many others which i don't remember and done complaints about battery 9times till now but not even a single action has been taken so, all I am thinking of is just to file a case againt Pure it guys as I am completly pissed off from there services and responses what I get.
Hi this is Jitender, have been trying to complaint for the battery change on [protected] from a long long time now and very much frustrated, annoyed and pissed off from the behaviour and response I receive from the customer care people, as I had a word with Harinder Sing, Sherly, Shrutica and many more, but nothing has happened till now, So, I am just planning to file a case against Hindustan Lever Pure It. And, if someone is still there in Hindustan Lever Pure It department who has some responsibilities and ready to undergo them and do his job properly and has courtesy for there customers and ready to provide Customer Satisfaction, Kindly revert back on Mobile No : [protected].

my battery kit has expired became red;
iam complaining daily since 15 days; daily there response is that we will respond within 24 hrs;but in vain till date
they take about 10 min to attent the call till then we are kept on hold
iam really fedup with the service of pureit
kindly look into the matter or else there r very bad days coming forward for pureit

I have ordered for recharge battery kit on 9th July 2010 but no respond till now(18th july 2010).In between I made call to helpline thrice, but there was no response.Serial no.after order battery kit is S10/DLI[protected].My Complaint no. is C[protected].No action taken on this complaint.This is very poor management from pureit.

kindly note that i purchased purifier from your company in april 2010, after so many complaints registered in your customer care dept from last ten days, but there is no response from your end, i also let u know that two of my family members are ill due to dirty water .who is responsible ???? I am having Hindstan Lever Pure it water filter and the battery is Due for change I have ordered the battery kit on 20.07.10 but yet today i.e. 22.07.10 at 3 pm no technical staff has come to us. Customercare could not tell us office contact no base at lucknow
I have ordered battery kit before 10 days & after that i have made complaint for two times, but no body is responding.
I advice everybody not to purchase hindustan unilever pure it water purifier.
Please note the purifier is good but service provided by HU is worst.
I faced same type of problems four time in past also.
i am trying daily to register complaint for the change of battery but everything in vain.at the time of installation you make many commitments regarding services.from last two weeks my family is drinking boiled water.you people dnt even respond to our calls.it was better to have any other water purifier.just because of your carelessness we have to suffer from many diseases.10000000 crore safety challenge!!!service is not worth of Rs 1.plz send your service personnel immediately.

Pure-it water too costly then baying Mineral water, This is simply a good business policy with BATTERY system. Pure it just makes us fool. Kindly think without this Battery kit or open able & repairable the battery.

I purchased a pureit water purifier 4 months ago. Now I am facing a seriour problem with it. There is a leakage in its 3rd storage(Blue-coloured).I complained to the nearest dealer or service boy many times over telephone, but they did not do anything about it. I cannot make out what to do.

We had purchased Pureit Marvella on 23-11-10. Its in warranty period.Last month we had changed its battery kit.For the past ten days there is a blockage due to which there is no free flow of water in it.
