Dear Sir, Reference Name :- Ramesh, ID=[protected]. I am have purchased Pure It 2 years back and i also recomended my freiends and relatives to buy pure it. This is to inform you that customer service is very worst now. I have been trying to get one number of air pump for pure it cleaning purpose from the past 6 months. But still i could not get it from your authorised dealers at choolaimedu. They simply says that they dont have stock of Air pumps at all times i went there. There was zero response at all times i went to your places. I never expected this kind of worst services from you. I hope that you can understand my difficulties and you will definetely take necessary action to satisfy your customer send me the required Air pump. i have already sent an email to pureit.[protected]@unilever.com But there is no reply for the mail. PURIET/BACKWARD PUMP — BACKWARD PUMP
RESPECTED SIR/MADAM. I AM RAMPRABHU. I Bought the puriet machine, before last four months. Now the back ward pump is damaged in my machine. I am so many times went to choolimedu puriet office zone, and pursaiwalkam puriet office zone, They telling no stock, and no correctly response from their. Water is not coming in machine because back ward pump problem. So kindly pls take action immediately for the b.w pump. THANKU SIR...
