[Resolved] Pure It-Hindustan Lever Ltd — Poor service

I bought Pure It water purifier of Hindutan Lever Ltd and since last 3 weeks I have been trying to contact customer care to order a new battery for my water purifier, but no response. Last week, I walked into the branch office located in Ramnagar, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu to order for a battery. Inspite of this, no response from the officials. Two days back I again walked into the office and once again requested for a new battery. Till now, I am yet yet to get response from them. This seems to be a very annoying and bothering customer support from such a big company.
Is there any remedy for this?
