[Resolved] Pure-It — No service being provided for last 3 months | |||
I had purchased Pure-IT Classic water purifier, almost 3 years ago. I am facing some problem with the equipment, like interrupted water flow since past 2 months. I have registered complaints twice with Pure-it regarding the same. (I also agreed to pay service charges as warranty has elapsed.). It was committed by customer services personnel that their engineer will visit my home within 48 hours. But there was no response or service provided by Pure-IT till date, even after complaining twice. Following are the complaint numbers: 1st Complaint No.: C[protected] 2nd Complaint No: C[protected] I have followed up with pure it for number of times and every time they end up with fake commitments. I am fed up with Pure-IT, as I am not able to use the equipment for past 2 months. We have a small child in family and I am worried about my family's health. Pure It — No service
I have purchased a water purifier from Pureit. Presently its Germkill Battery and Micro Fibre Mesh is not working so I have complained for changing the items mentioned above. I have complained many times continuosly from 11-may-10 -today(17-may-10 11:00pm) but they always say that service will be provided next day.But no service have been given yet.Product Name: Puriet Water Purifier.

Pure it — No Service
I had purchased Pure IT in Oct 09. Whenever i order a Germkill Battery or any other accessories, they turn up next day itself to sell it. But when i complained for service issue they are not turning up.. since a week..So i suggest whoever read this complain. do not buy HUL Pure IT..when u r not going to get any service when u need it why should u buy it. Infact they assure u of 48hrs service... but 168 hrs are passed and no service or any call from them....
