Hi I had bought Pure It waster Purifier which is Installed 2 In My home and 2 In My office too when the time of replacement germ Kill Batter system we had informed their call centore Number but even after 3 Months they havent changed the Kit Now the purifiers are useless because of Non Availability of this kit. pure it water purifier — Germkill battery not working - battery door broken
The germ kill battery was last replaced in 09/2008. Since then the water is not properly purified. Further the batter door was broken. The color of the product is 'blue'.This complained to the help line four time in this month. No executive attended to the complaint so far.
