I Pankaj Kumar , son of Pushpanjali, on which name register for Electric Power supply in Purvanchal Vidyut Vitaran ltd. Allahabd , Civil Lines, under Mayohall Div. Consumer ID [protected], Block MH, S.So No.166929 K. N.O 10133651. Meter reder man came to check meter reading. And he found meter is not fuctioning, it is said by meter man, while meter is functioning proper and he send the bill which is not proper, he send almost double, If he found meter was not functioning he should have to inform to us while he did not do this, and just send unexpected bill. While if he found meter is not functioning he should send bill according to previous consumption or near by. he must check atleast 4-5 previous bill. And then accordingly he send the bill. but he just send double amount. second time also do same thing..
While no one available in my home at day. So no consumption of bill in day time..
How they distribute the bill which is unexpected and unethical.
