The undermentioned product was received through advertisement in the dainik jagran, the details of which are given below: A spy pen (sp) 16 gb was ordered over phone after seeing the advertisement in Dainik jagran page 3, dt 5.12.2009. Order no: 109964 / dt:28/11/2009 Price: rs.1740.00 + rs.150.00 shipping Total cod - rs.1890.00 We got the product in a sealed pakage from courier (unknown). The sender name & address (printed on the pakage) : 1. naaptol (http://vendoroms.naatpol.com/csp- Oms/faces/jsp/oms/midoffice/or) 2. vendor: aditya infotec The black carton box in the pakage contained only a sp with no brand or Manufacturers identity or address on the sp or the box. The pakage did not contain any 1. bill/cash memo 2. instruction manual. 2. waranty card. 3. driver/operating cd. The sp in hand is not functional, but a useless dummy pen sold in the name of sp. Custommer care and helplines all seem to be a scam! Why should dainik jagran not be held responsible for entertaining advertisements from spurious product manufacturers/agents/distributers/retailers who may be cheating the readers of dainik jagran. — I have not got any responce from naaptol or aditya infotec My contact no mb: 0129-[protected] & 0129-[protected]. I have Purchased a Spy Pen Product in your Shop Dtd.[protected], Book No.75, Serial No.3749, Rs.1,900/-. But Spy Pen is not running my data & create error. I replaced the product Dtd.[protected] Mr. Manpreet and his Commitment for Exchange within 21 day but after 21 day not received the fresh Product. He is telling him give a refund against product and I have not received the Refund. Whenever I try to contact them Mr. Ranjit they give false commitments and give me false excuses. Summary of calls made to Even after making so much call to them I haven't received the Refund.
When I am asking to refund the money they are saying that it will take more than 15 Day to refund the money so it would be better if you wait for the product. I do not understand it takes a minute for them to charge the money and it takes a Two month to refund the same money.

I have Purchased Spy Pen 16 G B from U. Invoce no. 674735, Seller Ref no. 128240 Dt. 26.12.2009 .I have recd. cd along with pen. This cd doesnot contain any oprating software. i am unable to operate the instrument .Pl send operating software

Dear Sir,I have purchased an spy pen in last year. That was not work properly. I had post a complaint on this site. After some time I have recieved a Phone call through Company by a lady (I have not remember the name of that lady) and directed me that spy pen courier to Haiderabad & after recieving make the payment about a week. But I have not recieved my amount about 1600.00. I could not remind in this subject, because my mobile was left.

advertising products mfrs — material was not delivered
This is to Inform you that we have one courier from New delhi to Cochin with way bill no [protected] DTD 01.7.2009. It was promissed that the material will delivery on 3rd july.But we don't receive the courier and got the reply that it will deliver by tommorrow only. That means it will take 4 days.In the case of normal couriers take 3days from dlhi to cochin. with normal charge ( Rs.50.).But you charged the 5times double charge (Rs.250) and take extra one day for delivery. It is not correct. We must need the item by today. Do the needful and inform us the position.Thanks & Regards
