All the goods that I ordered i have received on time. Yes I do remember an instance where a friend of mine had some delivery issues but after speaking to the Questnet customer care she received her products in 10 Days. So I guess once in a while late deliver should not be made a big issue.
I think if one does not receive product once in a while they should not say that the firm is not nice or fraud.

Product delays is a common problem in mlm business. But Questnet is one such firm that hardly has any such issues, I have been working with with questnet since last one year, but I have never had any deliver issues. I doubt the reality behind the comments that have mentioned delivery delay issues.
Delay in delivering products does not mean that the firm is a fraud; this can be issue from the courier company also. One should not come to conclusion soon. I have been working with Questnet since last 2 years I too at times have some delivery issues which get resolved once I complain to the office.

Delay in the delivery of products does not mean that the firm is a fraud; it is also possible that the courier company might have lost the parcel. One should not derive any conclusions soon. I have been working with QuestNet since last 3 years and haven't faced any of such problems. Look for solutions by contacting appropriate officials and I am sure that your issue will get solved
I would agree with Devnag here. If you by mistake provided the wrong address, who will send back a gold coin that has come walking to their doorstep, tat to for free. There are also chances of the courier company losing your product. That in no way implies that the QuestNet is fraud. There are many people who have received the products they paid for. Most of them even succeeded in the MLM business.
