[Resolved] Questnet India — Grievances against QuestNET Business | |
Hi, After getting disappointment from all my efforts I am here to seek your help . I joined the so called QuestNET Business 2 months back . The business is based on MultiLevel marketing in which they sell their product which are said Mint Gold Coin. I ordered these coins and paid Rs.34,000.00. They claimed to deliver the coins in 15 days time frame. But they haven't delivered till date. There is no option of cancelling order on their website which is the unique feature I saw in a shopping site. I called their call centre many a times but they ask me to wait for some time and are not giving any concrete reply. They are not cooperating after taking money from me. Also there was Police case at this company from many people, but i am not getting clear updates on the same. I request you to bring up my case to them and get my money refunded. I want to file a case againt them for the mental harassment I went thorough. Please let me know how I can do it. I am attaching below the details of my membership and the purchase order. It's better that you think and analyze everything yourself, do not come in anyone's talk. This is true that people will share their good experiences with you, but not the bad ones. If you join Questnet, be confident that you can earn well from it by giving your best efforts in it. I joined in because I was confident and did everything as it was to be done. If you invest safely by understanding the MLM business and also your capabilities problems will be surely reduced. This will also help you have more faith in what you are doing. Inner faith can help you achieve all your dreams by giving the required efforts.
Due to my family problems I could not complete my studies, but I did not want my brothers and sister to face the same. So I joined Questnet by investing small amount and as I understood how the MLM business works I invested more and worked more hard. In today's over expensive life it is really not enough for one family member to support the family so I decided to take interest in MLM business. I first understood how the whole business works and when I was confident that I won't regret I started to invest and worked as had seen other IRS working. Soon I started to get good returns. Good for those who are hard-working and wish to earn a bit extra.
This makes no sense to me...no seriously, by far Qnet has been the most honest company i have every worked with. all these accusations are just a big farce! Qnet is the best thing that happened to me!

Most of the people who call QuestNet a fraud are the ones who couldn't understand the basic simple structure of MLM business. These people just want to sit around and earn from the commission while not doing any work to spread their business. When I joined QuestNet, I first understood the entire structure of the business and have worked really hard. As a result, now I am enjoying my elevated lifestyle. Thanks a lot QuestNet!
I feel that you should use the customer query tools on QNet official website. You can provide you the details of your transactions and I am sure they will get the matter sorted out.
The people who filed legal suits against QNet were the people who didn't want to work hard and expected the profits to walk in their pockets. QNet is a global company and the operations take some time to get the order in process. Once the product reaches the Indian courier services, their pathetic delivery system adds to the delay. You should not take tension and be patient as there are many factors in delivery of a product that can cause delay. You should let people know as soon as you get the product. Otherwise, you are just putting up baseless complaints and spreading panic among people.

I completely agree with Devang here. Questnet is a very honest company and will not cheat their customers. You should try contacting the proper authorities withing Qestnet And I am sure they will help you out.
QNET was banned in India because of some dishonest people who misinterpreted the business model to tell people that it was an easy way to earn money. That caused many people to lose profits. This lead to people filing complaints against the company, which was actually not at fault. In my opinion, QNET is the best MLM company ever.
Qnet is a very simple and world recognized MLM business. I cannot believe you are calling it a fraud just because you could not get successful in it. I have made good contacts in Qnet and have made a good living through it. I also joined the GoldQuest MLM business and was successful their, too. All you need to do is take care of people who are in you down-link and guide them properly to complete their goals. Qnet is the only business in this world in which you can grow only if you are ready to help others.
f you are a member of QuestNet, you didn't just invested in the company but also received a product that is gold coin. So how can you claim that GoldQuest is making fool out of people. If you could not make money in the MLM scheme, that does not mean you should spread lies about the company. Have some shame. People are doing good in QuestNet and the company has helped many people to make their lives better.
Qnet is amongst the reputed company of India. I don’t find any such fraud since I am in touch with them from last 1 year. It is not just enough to join Qnet and leave other things as it is. You should give the best of yours. It’s my personal experience that I have got so much from Qnet that I have flourished through it. Please understand the basic concept of MLM business instead of sitting and just eating the earned commission. Hope you people understand my point!
