This complaint come from someone who has been harassed by Quick Cabs time and again. They are in a never ending habit of making false commitments, abusing their customers and mentally harassing their customers. I had written to their so called CEO Himanshu Mallik but that bugger never responded. here's the complaint.
(This is with regard to your false claims on your website on prompt and courteous customer service. I have had the worst customer experience of my life when I booked a cab with you guys. Despite promising me a cab at 11.00 am ( booking id 5628, Cab no. DL 1RY 1099, Chauffer Sunil Kumar- 1034- [protected]) I was not only humiliated by the driver but also by the Customer Service people( whom you call courteous). The driver called me at 11.00am and said he will be a little late and I agreed to that. But after 10 minutes he called me again and said that he is not coming as there is heavy traffic on roads. He also asked me to talk to customer care and banged the phone on my face. My horror did not end here as I called your customer care only to be humiliated again( these guys banged the phone on my face twice) and even after telling them that I needed a cab for an urgent meeting, they did not pay attention. If I had cancelled the cab, you guys would have happily charged me 100 bucks.
Now you tell me what kind of pathetic service is this where you not only make fake commitments to your customer but also insult them again and again. I have no other option left other than going to Consumer Forum)
today also they promised me a cab and sent me an SMS with the details but again they betrayed me when i called the driver and he did not respond. when i called the useless customer service they told me bluntly that there is no cab available.
Can somebody please help me fight this war??? is there any justice left in our country???

I write today to complain about the manner in which one of your cab driver ill treated, harassed and abused my wife and want strict action against him. I have stated the incident in detail below-
Today at around 10.15 AM my wife booked a cab from Kendriya Vihar, Sector 56 Gurgaon to Najafgarh where she had to rush due to an emergency. She boarded the cab around 10:45 PM after which it all started. Within a minute of boarding the cab the driver Mr Swapan Dass, who should be really thankful to God that he isn't behind bars and being thrashed to death, started asking her senseless questions very rudely 'why she was going to Najafgarh?' 'waha kya kaam hai' 'mere paas waha jaane ka time nahi hai' ' Dwarka utar ja' here pls take note of the word JA- not even JAO... and several other baseless questions which my wife initially didn't take seriously but then this guy who had already crossed his limits became very very outrageous and she got really scared.
My wife warned him of calling Quick Cabs and Police on which he became really agrresive- 'tu kya karlegi' 'Jo karna hai karle' 'Yahin utar ja' 'kisski aukaad kya hai etc etc' and all his rubbish . My wife already harassed and scared became more vunerable as this driver was taking her from some isolated roads behind Kapashera. She decided to get down immediately as the intentions of this driver were now clear to her. Some how she managed to get down, stranded in the middle of nowhere she threw some 250- 300 bucks in the cab and rushed in the opposite direction. She called some locals for help, which fortunately she received and this pathetic person fled from the spot.
Prior to this incident I thought highly of Quick Cabs as my colleagues at my office and my wife's co. used QC extensively. But now perceptions have changed and I'm going to take this issue up with the Delhi Govt, Delhi police and the Media. I'm going to file a FIR tomorrow against this driver and make sure he's kept behind bars. Also a corporate governance suit against Quick Cabs would be initiated if strict action against this driver is not taken immediately.
