Quick Cabs — Mental Harassment & Wrong commitment
This complaint come from someone who has been harassed by Quick Cabs time and again. They are in a never ending habit of making false commitments, abusing their customers and mentally harassing their customers. I had written to their so called CEO Himanshu Mallik but that bugger never responded. here's the complaint.
(This is with regard to your false claims on your website on prompt and courteous customer service. I have had the worst customer experience of my life when I booked a cab with you guys. Despite promising me a cab at 11.00 am ( booking id 5628, Cab no. DL 1RY 1099, Chauffer Sunil Kumar- 1034- [protected]) I was not only humiliated by the driver but also by the Customer Service people( whom you call courteous). The driver called me at 11.00am and said he will be a little late and I agreed to that. But after 10 minutes he called me again and said that he is not coming as there is heavy traffic on roads. He also asked me to talk to customer care and banged the phone on my face. My horror did not end here as I called your customer care only to be humiliated again( these guys banged the phone on my face twice) and even after telling them that I needed a cab for an urgent meeting, they did not pay attention. If I had cancelled the cab, you guys would have happily charged me 100 bucks.
Now you tell me what kind of pathetic service is this where you not only make fake commitments to your customer but also insult them again and again. I have no other option left other than going to Consumer Forum)
today also they promised me a cab and sent me an SMS with the details but again they betrayed me when i called the driver and he did not respond. when i called the useless customer service they told me bluntly that there is no cab available.
Can somebody please help me fight this war??? is there any justice left in our country???
