Hi,
I did an online booking for cab through the website of quickcabs. While booking i got a message " could not connect to the server" which means my booking was not done, i tried it twice but i was getting the same message " couldnot connect to the server".
Suddenly after 2 mins i got 2 messages that 2 cabs have been booked for me. I called up quick cab customer care and explained the whole situation and requested them to cancel one extra booking.
They said you will have to pay 100 rs as a penalty for the same. I told them that i was getting error message and i was under the impression that no cab has been booked. They said if you dont pay 100 rs we will blacklist your name in quickcabs directory.
its not the question of 100 rs , it is about what is right and what is wrong.
i would say pathetic services by quick cab guys.
now a days every company aims for customer delight but for them i was wrong and even the supervisior was also adamant on her part.
