Hi all Job seekers and Experienced Employees,

Kindly Read this complaint before going to join in Quscient Technologies chennai.

At the time of joining they are convincing the employees to join with them in that time they told we have a seperate division software services and BPO voice process after joining they push their employees to work under pressure environment then they told their office timing is 9.30 am to 6.30 for software services it will take upto 7.00 pm but they are not like that they wanted their employees are working with them upto 11.30 pm then they are not ready to give any permission for next day morning the employee should come 9.30 if late haly day will be taken as leave from employee worked days.And they ordered sunday all employees should come if not else some block mark will be booked on them so they are expecting to show revenge on them.

Then inside their company lot politics mixed.if any employee speaks opposite to his/her team lead they will be terminated immediatetly.whatever he said the employee should do even they are not ready to give any suggestion.

then they picked some amount from employee salary if any body asks that they will be terminated by them.

proudly they spoke as NASSCOM award winner.No its really not like that.Why they are doing like this?

In there one person name called Karthik kailasam who is the fellow is really giving too much of pressure to their employees and three persons has been terminated by him, even he is not any management guy just team lead he knows nothing but he creates a seen in front of his superiors.

So all job searchers and Experienced employees dont go there.

I have been in quscient for a time. i have also worked under the team lead as well. there are pressures in software company when it comes to delivery. quscient is not the right company if you want a fixed time and a relaxed job. i did not understand that when i was in quscient. other companies have much higher pressure and less job satisfaction. i learnt a lot there. it is a competitive environment. i felt the other side is much greener always but not i feel other wise. with out pressure jobs you cannot find it in software companies. we can only go for goverment jobs. nowadays it is a competitive environment.gear up.
