[Resolved]  r k travels — Non-refund of booking amount

Two railway tickets were made by travel agent Rakesh Srivastava (Email ID <rakesh09.rk.[protected]@gmail.com>, L19 railway colony, anwar ganj, Kanpur, 208003, UP).

1. The forward ticket was from Kanpur Central (CNB) to Bhusaval Jn (BSL) on 25/12/2009. PNR [protected], Transaction ID [protected]. Booking status was WL37.

I was assured by Rakesh Srivastava that ticket will be confirmed in VIP quota at the time of charting for which he charged Rs. 700/- extra.

I could not board the train as in the station I did not find my name in the reservation chart. Mobile phone ([protected]) of Rakesh was switched off.

2. The return ticket was from Bhusaval Jn (BSL) to Kanpur Central (CNB) on 05/01/2010. PNR [protected], Transaction ID [protected]. Booking status is RLWL 01.

Later, I requested him several times to refund the amount (Rs. 920.11+ Rs. 891 + Rs. 700/-) but he has not returned the amount.

Please help me to recover the amount.
