We had purchased 4lakhs worth of gold from RR gold palace and they have over charged us close to 60 thousand rs with name of wastage charges. I understood that only when compared the cost from the other shops. They are cheating consumers trough attracting them by giving false advertisements of no making charges and discounts and over charging them by thew name of wastage. Kindly help me to take my money back from them and we return their gold. Please help me to get justice i have been cheated for almost 60-70 k .
