[Resolved] Racold Geyser — Very bad service | |
I had purchased 4 Racold Geysers when i retired from the Indian army and moved to Gurgaon two months back , the geysers are in the guarantee period and are not functioning , for the last one week ive been calling up the service centre 10 times every day and all i get to hear is "SIR THE TECHNICIAN WILL BE THERE ANY MOMENT" , if not convenient to service we should be told in advance , this is a shame , and being from the armed forces im shocked to see the service in this corporate world. Pathetic service and response. This is Col Pankaj Mehra. Purshased racold geyser some time back. It is still in warranty period. The geyser has stopped working since last two months. They have taken my geyser and there is no sign of them repairing and installing it again.
HOPE RACOLD HAVE NOT ENTERED INTO ANOTHER VERTICAL OF SELLING THE GEYSERS, WHEN THEY STOP WORKING TAKE IT BACK AND NEVER REPAIR AND RETURN AGAIN.
Its a shame for such a huge organization to work in such a way. We are from defence background and are shocked to see the people/organization for whom we have been serving all these years
