[Resolved]  Radhey Krishna Enterprises — Paper Plate Machinery

Dear Sir / Ma’am

1. I feel a very strong need to put forward this complaint in your knowledge so that I can have your kind support and suitable help.

I belong to Goregaon (west) Mumbai, Maharashtra. With an ambition to support my family and to get self-employed I contacted “Radhey Krishna Enterprises ( they have printed Enterprices on their brochures), from H.No.-24, Patel Marg, Block A-2, Sant Nagar, Main Road, Burari, Delhi'110084 ” based on their advertisement placed in the daily newspapers. After going through written material supplied by them I paid them Rupees 1,00,0000/-(One Lac Thousand Only) in Cash through Direct Transaction Deposit in to their SBI A/c # [protected]; IFC Code # 0001714; in the Name of the Proprietor Mr. Mohan Kumar Singh for the Semi-Automatic Double Die cast Paper Plate Making Machine.
(I also have the Transaction Ids of all these transactions, as I have a habit of collecting the same from the bank)

2. As per the agreement (which they sent on a Rs. 10 Stamp Paper) they have to supply the raw material for the finished goods what we supply to them and for which they were to pay @ 300/= for every 1000 paper plates (irrespective of the plate size) as finished products That also includes the Bills for the labour & transportation charges. With the machine they supplied 4 Polybags of the raw material (a substandard material, for which they charged me Rs. 10,000/= as per their quote) and after finishing the raw material into finished product we had to send it all back to them.

3. When I received the Agreement, the Bills and the receipt about the Machine I noticed some mistakes which I marked to them for corrections, they asked me to send all of it back so that they can rectify it all and send back corrected paper work, which I followed and sent the papers back to them believing them blindly as everything so far was kept transparent NOT causing any suspicions,

4. Meanwhile I also finished making the paper plates of the raw material they had provided; after this I called them 3 days later to confirm if they have received the paperwork for corrections and when will I receive the corrected papers;

5. Which NOW means that I do NOT have any paper work to prove that they are cheats; I guess and understand that this as their MODUS OPERANDII to avoid any legal slaps. The original cost of the machine supplied by them is only Rs 40,000/-(Forty Thousand Only) as per the market survey later done in Mumbai, however they charged me much more as per the Quotation they provided me.

6. Besides over charging they supplied me a faulty machine. The company is neither rectifying the faulty machine and nor replacing and Now are also not supplying any raw material or paying any money. My repeated letters and calls for the return of the machine to the company became unclaimed.

7. I wanted to find out more on this subject when I came across GoPetition.com and found a similar complaint against a VENUS ENTERPRISES. I was shocked to find out the uncanny and extreme similarity with my issue thus I decided to take this initiative to put across a written complaint against all such fraudulent activities going around on our country, and am sure that people who have faced such will come together to support me and themselves

All these numbers work, and they ring also, but I guess they put me on the reject Call list to avoid;
Later I had one of my friends check the number and the woman on the other side ( I recognised that voice as that of Neelam – NOW this could be a phoney name too) simply hanging up saying it’s a wrong number.

9. Hence I request your support and immediate intervention in bringing those culprits in front of the justice for penalizing them suitably for their antisocial fraudulent activity. Your immediate intervention will not only help me but will also stop others from falling in the traps of such fraudulent companies and operators.

10. I request you to kindly help me to claim my money back from them along with a compensation towards the mental harassment I am going through, as I have taken a personal loan for this, and do not have any means to repay the loan, now, I am searching for a job to be able to repay it all.
