[Resolved]  Radio Alarm Clock — Replacement of Defective product

1. I purchased a Radio Alarm Clock in the month of Dec 2009. Ref. no. 279443.
It turned out to be a defective set. I sent it back to the address given to me. It has been delivered at the destination on 1st Jan 2010. I have not yet received the replacement.

2. While placing the order and during my conversation with the customer service associates subsequently I received the confirmation that the complimentary lunch box which had not yet been delivered to me is being despatched separately. It has not yet been delivered to me.

3. I have made several telephone calls on 12 Jan 2010 and could not get any human being to answer the call -

4. It is a very bad experience - there is absolutely no courtesy and openness in communication.
