Is it true that this company has recruited 49 students from Icfai(Dehradun) ? and promised for stipend of 7000 per month. but now they have not get any type of any amount. they all deposited 16000 per student . and now the company has no space for these employee. the company person given him a task to trap new student and after submission of 16000 from newly trapped student they will give 1000 share ? And the other question is that, u are recruiting many and many employee but you have not enough space to even stand in your office all together, then how can you say that u need more employee? i have a lots of question but i need only answer of these questions.
Radix Media Pvt. Ltd. in Noida Sector-63 is a real fraud making company which charge customers for some print advertisement in a magazine called Business Magazine or City Magazine, they charge me Rs 5000 for an advertisement and said they publish 50000 copies of it, while they did not publish a single copy in the market they only print few magazines to attract customers in the market.
Request to you all readers please do not go for their fake deals as they only target small and mid size businesses.

Ltd. in Noida Sector-63, is a fraud making company and i would like to answer all your questions and answer there are some people who says that we do not have any knowledge of company, let me make them aware i am a practicing CS (Company Secretary), and i am sure i can understand about term company, there are some logical differences between fraud and a company, lets forget about company and talk about fraud which is a the prime topic...
yes Radix Media Tech. Pvt. Ltd. is a company(and can be legitimate one), but mean time it makes fraud equally true.
Meaning of fraud:- its is neither related to any policy nor to law, the pure meaning of fraud is not meeting or fulfilling the commitments, on the basis of which deals made or done.
Radix Media Tech. Pvt. Ltd. claims that it publish 50000 copies of their magazine i.e., City Business and circulate in Delhi/NCR, while they can not publish more than 5000 copies. Lets simplify it.
they have 24 pages all together and one page can contains 10 visiting size advertisements, one visiting card size costs 500 for customer.
let see the calculation=24*10*500=1, 20, 000
and printing cost for a age is about 0.8125/per page with 1GSM so let see the calculation for the printing of 50000 copies
0.8125*24*50000=9, 75, 000
so guys you can see the reality of this fraud no one can afford the loss of 8, 55, 000 in a month for public till that is not a big brand in the market.
And I have doubt whether they publish that magazine in market or not because they released it on 17-18th of this month so if they charge customer for this, then they are the real fraud maker company of all people who are working all together in this company.
even i shoot a mail to the legal department of this company which is not responded for last 15 days till yet, still i am waiting for their response.
They charged me 4000+1000 for a two advertisements in their magazine but till yet (27th March 2012) neither I received any copy of that magazine nor i got any call from reader that they are looking for my services, while I booked the front cover page of the magazine.
Note: - they target small and mid size businesses in the city.

Really Radix Media is fraud company . I am Chandan Giri, working there few weak, they only making fool to candidate and they never refund the money . So i am going to claiming against it in consumer court for my money .

They ask for a security deposit which is Rs 32000 and they will give stipend of Rs 5000 which they disnot give to the students and extend training periods whether your performance is good or not.They are playing with the careers of the candidates.They run their IT company with the name of RAX INFOTECH whose accounts are ceased by the court because petition filed by the previous employees by which they can;t able to give salaries to employees.They registered on Delhi address in MCA website.
P.S-They change their company name from RAX INFOTECH to R TECH.

They have an IT company whose name is RAX INFOTECH which they run in same premises of Radix Media Tech floor.Their Accounts are blocked by court because some petiton filed by previous employees by which they cannot able to give salary to employees.Also, they don't have skilled trainers and employees.
P.S- Now a days they closed RAX INFOTECH and open a R TECH named company by which they can ruin more people careers.

The hue and cry about the unauthenticity of company proves the worth of company itself.I think Mr. aviemp is the Vishal Pandey himself in disguise. And his tone doesn't seem to be professional one. Moreover a guy needs job for money, but them people are asking for money.

this company has changed name to "intasys" just to misunderstand the candidate and also made fake website with the name of "intasysindia.com".. after receiving 15000 from a candidate then the real think is come out... i have already given 15000 to dis fraud company and after giving the money i came to knw name of the company is "RADIX MEDIA TECH pvt. ltd"... earlier they were saying that 15000 is just bond security fees which will refundable after 8 months... but this is not true... "this is a training fees which is not refundable" this is written over the agreement... viraj panday has also given befooled candidates an offer that if he will make his frnds to join the company, the candidate will get the incentive of Rs 500/candidate... the person have even hired a bouncer in case of any mess with the befooled candidates...

Hello friends... My name is Rahul. I am an mca fresher. I got a mail about the vacancy in Intasys India. I proceeded with it. As i am currently living in Patna(Bihar) i was not able to attend the interview, so they arranged a telephonic round of interview of technical round. Only too basic questions were asked, and then HR round were conducted. Then they informed me in evening that I have been selected for the post of software engineer tranee. Then they also revealed so called terms & conditions. They told me that i have to submit 25, 000 Rs. Which is a refundable amount and i will get 5, 000 per month as stipend during training. After training i will get around 13K per month. I was happy that i got an easy start in IT field which I had never expected. Then i called my brother, who is also in Delhi, and informed him about all the matter. He straight way said... it is a fraud compony. He suggested me to check the comment about this compony in Google. I did, and found lots of complain about this compony. I also realised my responsibility to post a comment of my experience that can help other as i got today. I am also attaching the offer letter of this compony that i am never going to join.

RADIX MEDIA, R TECH, INTASYS TECHNOLOGIES, WEBTECH SOLUTIONS are all same company with different names... becos all have same address... E155, 2nd floor, sector - 63, noida.. they are asking money deposit of 6000 frm me in the beginning.. I noe its less comparatively to above guys becos i got alert so i confirmed in the beginning.. but they were trying to outsmart me but now i got so many complaints abt this compnay... I ll never ever respond to their call even now.. So guys beware frm any compnay asking for money in any form... never give them whether its less or more..
