hey guyz i am a bca fresher i have applied for the profile of java developer and had given interview at the intasys tech their website is intasysindia.com firstly the techincal round was conducted HR asked very easy questions only just the basic concepts from me then they said wait outside i was happy that i sucessfully cleared the technical round after that HR round was conducted in the HR round HR asked some questions from me then he told me about the job profile he said that they wll give me 5k for 3 months after that my salary would be around 2lacs per anum. and at the last they told me about the term and conditions of the company that i need to sign a bond of 28k rs. that i cant leave the firm for 8 months i said okay sir i was quiet happy that i got a job of my interest in such a easy way but to confirm i asked to guard of the buliding no 155 block E second floor noida sector 63 he said that the company insasys tech is having its office here from 3 yrs and i did nt saw any dispute related to the firm i was very happy and i got confirmation and i thought that i wll work in the company i told my parents to arrange 28k and they said okay we will but for them i searched the company profile comments and i reached to the reality these are the two websites check the addresses in the contact us page of both websites http://intasysindia.com/contactus.html and http://www.rtechnoida.in/contacts.php the addresses are same and check their landlind nos. too and a big big thanx to all the comments you all saved me guyz a big big thanx to you all
Goldy consultancy services in balongi, mohali, punjab are a fraud agency... they have done scams in lakhs... so people be aware of them... and dont respond them... i too just got escaped from me being looted for 10000 rs ...

Yes Radix Media Tech Pvt Ltd is a fraud company. They made a heavy business from my coll too by faking us. They are just ridiculous. They charge 16500 per candidate as the security money with 8 months bond. But they never return your money back. In-fact they use to create a environment where you cant even work for 2 months. They hire & fire people everyday. And they don't give salary to their employee by saying that it is a target based job if you will hire a person so he/she gonna give us 16500 from that, per candidate you'll get somewhat 10% that's all.
This is all how they work there.
I know all this because i been there for 4 months as intern and i too gave them 16500 as security.
Please take some action to this company and yes people who are going to give interviews or something please don't try to go there.

This company is totally fraud company...I talked with many candidate & they told me dont deposit any money because every good company hire the candidate without any money but they do not demand any money.
A good company always provide the training and after that take a test .After whole process they decide which candidate is good and which is bad...
I request all candidate plz dont give any money...

I firmly agree with you my friend. In fact, there are lot of companies in Noida/Gurgaon/Delhi NCR whose business and policies needs to be audited honestly. I am also one of the victim of this malpractice followed by Radix Media tech on the name of Rax Infotech. I have also paid the security money by cheque and I have all the evidence for that and got nothing from them. I was promised that I will be getting Rs.5000 per month for the 1st 3 months as stipend during training period. After completion of the 3 months I would be getting 10000 per month. Also I will be given a three months industry level training with their experts engineers, but all went in vain. They started the training and during the training they started their worst play with us and whole training batch. Suddenly a test was organised by them and they starting the trainees to make them forcefully resign. Rs.32000 was taken out from everybody in the training batch and all were told that it's the security money which will be refunded back after completing one year with the company. For that all the trainees were signed a Bond asking that we have to work for them for atleast 1 year and then only we can get our security money back. And the company reserves the right to revise and change the policy at anytime. So they did their business in a very small period for a huge amount. After completing one we started asking for our defined stipend which we never got. After two and a half month every one was forced to resign on the basis of performance to receive their remaining stipend and we were told to forget the security deposited. The story doesn't end here. All of them have resigned now and they been issued the cheques for the amounts till there training periods, but all the cheques were also fake. None of them could got cleared due to no balance in their account. We asked for reissuing the new cheques, which they never did and threatened us to forget that they were the part of this company anytime with the help of 3 Bodybuilders persons and laughing on us and our foolishness bitterly. This was my worst experience in my life because it ruined my career that time. As I was working in IBM that time in international BPO, Gurgaon. But I got misguided by Mr. Bharat, Soma, Kamini, Shalini, Nishant, Alok and The Most important Mr. Viraaj (the one man army head of this malpractise). I could not explain you how I was feeling that time. Once I decided to commit suicide that time as I found myself on road in few moments as I was spending a luxurious life even after accommodating my family that include six members. It could be end of my life, but family supported me a lot and now in good position to stand up and run again. So I would share just one message to all my friends- Don't run behind the attractive job titles/offerings, respect your current work and company and your family, because none of the others are here for you.

Now Redix Media Tech Pvt. Limited changed its name to .. Intasys Technologies.. This company is in Noida Sector-63, E-155.
They will take either your telephonic interview or call you for the interview via email.
They tell you during HR round that we have a clause of security and tell you tha we will give 5000 for 3 months, 7000 for next 3 months, and then 12.5k after 6 month, if you deposit the amount of Rs. 24000 + Service Tax.
But neither they have any faculty nor they have resources to get any project.
They are totally fraud people.
Their Branch head Mr. Viraj Pandey, MC hai sala...harami..

Redix Media pvt ltd = Intasys = Itech pvt ltd all of three are the one company and tototally a BIG FROUDI..
Let me tell you my incident :-
I have recieved a call day before yesterday and they have told me that my cv has been shortlisted by them for their I-tech India Pvt Ltd. and in the evening they will conduct my telephonic technical interview...before this I was getting contious mail from HR vishal for the Job opportunities in I-tech and about the vacancies in their I-tech company.
so in the evening I have given my telephonic interview on the same day...and they just ask me 3-4 basic questions in technical interview...and told me that wait for the HR call..the call duration was of just 4minutes.
and today morning i.e 18-oct-2013, I have received a call from HR and they have told me that I have been Selected in their organisation as a junior Engineer and they will provide me a CTC 1.80 lakh per annum and have to come for varification of my documents and have to deposite a refundable security amount of either 15000 or 28000, which they will refund after 9 months.
if i pay 28000 as security than they will provide me stipend of 6000 during training while if i pay 15000 as security then they will not give me any kind of stipend and this security amount will be refunded to me after 6 months
and they have told me to come for document verification..after the verification I will be on the training period for 2 months in which they will not provide me any kind of stipend if i pay 15000 as a secuity instead of 28000rs..
and after the training period my salary will be according to my CTC i.e 180000.

and finally after reading all your comments I came to know that previously this company is named as Radix Media pvt ltd having the same address as I-tech have i.e E-155 sector 63
