sir, my rage mobile RU 5000 i am giving mobile to service centre to repairing the display the person who was there said the mobile was given back after 7 days then after 7 days i am calling day to day today total 15 days go back but they not given me back my mobile so please helped me out my contact no. I PURCASED A RAGE MOBILE (RD-410) IN 29 SEPTEMBER 2009, RIGHT FROM THE BEGINING THE SOUND AND ON/OFF PROBLEMS WAS THERE, I REPORTED THIS TO DEALER, THEN HE ADJUSTED SOME THING AND IT BECOME OK. BUT 15MARCH 2010 ONWARDS THE SET IS NOT GETTING 'ON', AFTER LOTS OF DISCUSTION I HAND OVER THE SET TO THE DEALER (DULHAN STORES, KAPASIA CHOWK, REFINERY TOWNSHIP, BEGUSARAI, BIHAR)ON 23RD MARCH-2010. I ASK SEVERAL TIME ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF THE MOBILE- HE SAID THAT THE PERSON LOOKING AFTER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WENT ON TRAINING .
ON 07/04/10 HE SAID THAT THE USB CORD DAMAGED BY WHICH THE BATTERY ALSO DAMAGED. NOW THE BATTERY IS ALSO NOT AVAILABLEAND I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE BATTERY &USB CORD.THE PROBLEMS WAS FROM THE BEGINING AND I HAND OVER THE SET BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF WARRENTY PERIODS (WITHIN 6 MONTH) THEN WHY I SHOULD PAY.ADVICE ME FOR FURTHER ACTION--

AFTER LOTS OF DISCUSTOIN I HANDED OVER THE SET ON 23 RD MARCH-2010 I ASK SEVERAL TIME ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF THE MOBILE THEN HE SAID THAT THE PERSON WHO IS LOOKOING AFTER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WENT ON TRANING. ON 7TH APRIL 2010 HE SAID THAT THE USB CORD DAMAGED BY WHICH THE BATTERY ALSO DAMAGED. TO REPACEMENT OF THOSE IHAVE TO PAY ARROUD 750/- I HANDEDOVER THE SET BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF WARRENTY(SIX MONTH) THEN WHY SHOULD I PAY. ALSO THE BATTERY IS NOT AVAILABLE-I HAVE TO WAIT FOR 4 T0 5 DAYS FOR THAT. NOW PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO. YR KIND INFORMATION IS AWAITED

I am using RAGE RD 410 mobile. Since last one month battery of this mobile is dead. I have approached Babua Mobiles at Sriram Tower, Lucknow (UP) for purchase of battery but till then he is saying that battery is not available in stock, it will come with in 4-5 days. But one month has gone and still he is not able to provide the battery and just telling that wait for 2-3 days. What should I do now, my mobile is dead since last one month.

THE RAGE MOBILE IS A FAKE MOBILE COMPANY. ONLY MAKING PEOPLE FOOL. MODEL NO. RC99 IS A BEST EXAMPLE OF THIS. I PURCHASED RC99 MOBILE ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO AND PROBLEMS STARTS FROM AFTER 1 MONTH. THE PROBLEMS ARE:
1. MOBILE HANGING PROBLEM
2. AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH OFF
3. NETWORK PROBLEM
4. AUTOMATICALLY PROFILE CHANGE
5. DUPLICATE CHARGER
6. BATTERY PROBLEM
7 BAD BEHAVIOUR BY SERVICE CENTRES
8 SERVICE TIME TAKEN BY SERVICE CENTRES IS MINIMUM 1 MONTH.
THEY TOOK MY MOBILE FOR 2 MONTH FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVICE BUT NO SOLUTION. PLEASE HELP ME.
