[Resolved]  Rail Ticket Online — Still Waiting for Refund

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket from railticketonline.com on dated 23/02/2010 and during the final stage of booking the ticket was not booked successfully but payment was made successfully to the vendor.

Details I am giving you are:

I called to the customer care number[protected] and first time one girls picked the call and tole me that yes the payment is successful to us but your ticket is not booked status is displaying payment failed; so your refund will be given within 8 working hours.

But there was no response after that I written a mail to then; after 2 days I go a reply which is given below:

after that there was no response from any side; then again I written a mial to railticketonline then again after 1 day i got one reply which is given below:

This cancellation request has been forwarded to the concerned bank and we await their reply.Rest assured amount would reflect in your account as per the bank's procedure.

Until then we request for your cooperation.

After that I also written a mail to my Bank (ICICI Bank) regarding the same then the mail replied to me as below:

Here my bank is carely telling that the payment has been made to railticketonline.com; so again I writtem to railticketonline.com but now i am not getting response from railticketonline.

Please help me sir to get my refund.

star service centre — refund of rail ticket

i have booked railticket from done card 3 months later, but the passenger didn't travel i have filled TDR but i have no response from done card three months have passed, i had call to mumbai customer care for this topic they said wait for three months for refund, three months have passed there is no response
this refund is already been provided to the customer in February 2010.
