[Resolved]  railway contractor — negligence

To whomsoever concern,

Me n my family returning from Belgaon to Mumbai on 29/11/09 by Chalukya express, seated in coach S6, berth no.43,45,46 and 52, ordered food from railway contractors men but after waiting till 9:30pm the food was not delivered and later on we came to know since the train didn't had pantry car railway contractors men got down at ghataprabha leaving us stranded . Hope a quick action is taken against the contractor and i also demand compensation for the same. If do not receive any reply from railways within a week a letter of complaint will be mailed to newspapaer as well.

I am S.SELVARJ, Railway Contractor. Gujiliamparai. My concern SSS LORRY SERVICE. I have use the 25 numbers in post paid for your AIRTEL Company. I not like that your services and bill amount. I will clear the amount for 23 Dec 2008 to 22 Jan 2009. Due date amount. So, I am disconnection the following 23 numbers only.

Action against railway services Complaint can be made by writing a complaint in the COMPLAINT BOOK available at all town booking offices, goods sheds, parcel offices, reservation offices, refreshment rooms, pantry cars, station master's office, and the guard of the train.
