Railway Department — Refund of double ticket
Sirwe have book E Ticket frm Ahmadabad to Pune on 3rd November 2011 in Tatkal but this ticket in waiting. in this regard we requested to department in government cota then confirmed one ticket in name of Anil Sheth and other two person tickett is waiting till chart was final which nare are Bhadesh and Vikram. Ticket is attach herewith.
But we have require the journey therefore we have contact to TICKET EXAMINER NANDOL DAHEGAM who is on duty on that time. he is guide us and informed that your waiting e-tickett are cancel and refund in your account automatic because this E tickett. therefore you should collect new tickett for you Happy journey, and he is issue to manually EXCESS FAIR TICKET on 05/11/2011 from Ahmadabad to Pune Ticket number 539987 which is attach herewith for your reference.
But when the journey was stared and Ticket checker come we shown both (E-Ticket and EXCESS FAIR TICKET ) then he was told why you take ticket then we say in platform Ticket Examiner told your two waiting tickett are cancel because this two are waiting. That time Ticket Checker are inform us if one ticket is conformed and other are in waiting that time no one tickett is canceld. you are misguide from him.
therefore we are request to you for Refund of Rs. 990 which is paid on EXCESS FAIR TICKET please beacuse one persone was not travel on two ticket.

Railway Department — Travel in Night Trains
Hello Sir,Recently I was travelling to Chennai in a night train at 3 AM. I booked the ticket with a Sleeper class reservation.
But in my Origin place I saw the train's door was closed and when I asked to the people inside the train to open the door , they were not ready do so, as a result it was very difficult for me to get into the compartment of sleeper class inspite of my confirm reservation.
Finally one gentle man opened it on my several times request and told me that " look there is no TTEs available in the compartment to handle this" . I also observed the same.
Here my question is : if a person is not able to get into the train in night trains in spite of the confirm reservation then what should the passenger will do ? Where should the passenger go and also it may hamper his all his urgent works and may be missed his next flight or trains etc.
To whom we should inform?
What action railway department will take to correct this kind of issues ?
Initially , I first informed about this to IRCTC but I have been told that I need to inform this to : [protected]@rb.railnet.gov.in . Hence I did it .
But till now I have not got any automatic acknowledgement of my mail also.
Hopefully Railway Department will come up with a very good solution for which we will be feel proud of it.
