[Resolved]  Railway Protection Force — money collection in trains using fake reciepts

sir,
i was a passenger in chennai trivandrum express,train number 2697 on 15th november 2009 from chennai to thrissur.
soon after the train left chennai a decently dressed lady came in to the S4 sleeper coach and started collecting money from all passengers showing a reciept which i have attached with this mail.myself also paid 10 rupees to her and she resist to give the reciept,when i insist reciept she told that only for 50 rupees i can give reciept.then i asked why there isnt any address or phone number in the reciept,for that also she dont have any right answer.its dont the matter of 10 rupees,but she is simply cheating everybody and may have collected minimum 2000 rupees in one or two hours.i couldnt see any railway police or even tte until she moved out to complaint.
please take some serious action to stop this type of cheating in trains and also publish the phone numbers of railway police inside the trains as most of the passengers have cell phone with them and they can complaint immediately and also you can take action immediately.
