We have sent an urgent courier of powder coated panels(3 nos) a small powder sample and a shadecard through your courier to our factory address via Docket Number[protected] from our Delhi office:-Shed No:-A-8, Phase-1, Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi-20 to factory address:-Rajit Paints Ltd, VillageAkbarpura, Momnabad Road, Ahmedgarh-148021, Dist:-Sangrur, Punjab.It has"nt reached till date and time .After several now and then responses and commitments of delivery from your delhi office concerned number :-[protected], he is responding today that its stuck up in Mohali.

Am surprised how it went to Mohali?Its altogether is of a different address.

This caused a heavy business loss to us because we had some developments to be submitted to prestigious customers by today which withheld and caused this blunder.Your immediate disciplinary action is required in this matter.
