[Resolved]  Ranchi Railway/hatia Railway — regarding unbearable noise by train horn

dear sir/madam;
this is to inform u that i'm one of the residents of shyamali colony in the locality which is next to the railway track in Dibdih area.
Sir, whenever a train passes-by from this area, it blows a very loud, continuous horn which is unbearable and is a threat to hearing system of a big number of people living in this locality.
Therefore, on behalf of all the residents of this locality i kindly request u to find-out a fair solution to the problem, may be, by initiating a 'short & light horn' fulfilling the purpose and not harming the public health. THANK YOU.
