[Resolved] Rathimeena Travels — Misbehaviour and Non refund of amount | |||
I had a bus on 19/04/2013 at 6;00 am.As i got 10 minutes late i had called up the Rathimeena counter and asked them to wait and they had also told me the same . I reached at the counter exactly at 6:10 am and the bus left without intimating me. Then after calling them again they started abusing in bad words about getting late and all that but during my first call they had also told me to wait at that place. Travels : Rathimeena Travels. The busses are not punctual in reaching the destinations. And it takes an hour lag which causes the customers serious inconvenience due to the irresponsible attitude of yours.
