[Resolved]  Ration Card — new application of ration card

Ration Card office Bhandup Mumbai me gaya tha. mera nam transfer karna tha. officer se pucha to kahan ki form nahi hai. Aap Cyber cafe se / Internet se form nikal lo. Aur Web Site de diya. magar ham form nahi nikal sake fir wapas pucha to kahan ki Bhandup Station Plaza me cyber cafe se milega to wahan gaye wahan jo form ki kimat Rs.2/- hai wahi Rs.10/- me milta hai. Hamne le liya wapas office aaye Aur Complaint Book Ke Liye pucha to unhone nahi kahan. Hamne ek ray batai Aap Xerox kyon nahi rakhate to kahan ki government ka order hai jo form 2 rs me milta hai vahi abhi 10 rs me milne laga
sarkar garibo ki rakhwali hai kyon ki ration card garibo ke liye dete hai
sarkar hamare liye hai sambhal ke chalana warna public sambal legi

what to do or not in ration card delet name or not because my father expired

main apna rationcard banwane ke liye bmc offiec gaya wahan par bole ki us area ke pramukh se likhwakar lawo aisa kyon hota hain ki khud ke kam ke liye dusaro se pahachan karna hoga agar wahi kaam main kisi dalal se kuchh paise dekar karayeyenge to kisis tarah ho jaata hain, jabki mere pass sub proof hain sarkar apne hi desh ko khokhala kar rahe hain. desh ki janta pa raj karte hai aur chunav aane par bade-bade vaade karte hain. to aise desh ka kya hoga jahn apno ka gala kata jata hain. ek kaam ke liye din, mahine, saal lag jate hain.

maine bachpan se vapi me rahta hu, maine apni puri padhai vapi me ki, mere pass aur meri wife ke pass voiter id card bhi hai, hum ne do bar vote bhi daala hai, mere pass driving linces bhi hai, pan card no bhi hai, par mere pas ration card nahi hai, to muje naya ration card banvane ke liye kiya karna padega.

I am working in a MNC as Software Enginner from past 3 years in Noida .Now I want to apply for a new ration card in Noida.How can I apply for this and what are the required documents which I need to submit.Can you please guide me with the complete procedure of getting a new Ration Card.I dont have my own house here, I am staying in a rented accomodation here but I am a salaried employee, I have my passport/Driving license with the address of my native place which is also in UP (hasanpur, moradabad).

We are four person in my family me, my husband my 3 yrs. old daughter & 9 months old son. I want to apply my ration card at NOIDA as i am working in NOIDA since 1997. After my marriage my father -in-law added my name & my daughter's name in his ration card at shahbadh, kurshetra at haryana. Now i demanded my ration card for address proof, they refused to give the same. they told me it is lost . They even not ready to do any FIR or cancelling our names from the ration card.so kindly tell me the procedur to make a new ration card with the my name, my husband & and my son & daughter's name.

start se problem batata hoon, we were 3 in family me, my mom and siter, but somehow my mom lost the ration card and did not apply for new one when new ration cards were issued. so now i got married n have a baby. meri wife ka naam pehle wale ration card se katwa diye hain. we have the receipt. but my mom is not coopratin in making new ration card kyon ki woh nahin chahti ki meri biwi aur bachchi kam naam ration card mein aaye that why she is not applying for new ration card.

now i have my passport, driving license and voter i d card. so i want to know ki kya main khud ke naam pe ek naya ration card banwa sakta hoon. but the house is on my mothers name. i m worried that my daughter n my wifes name is yet not iin ration card.

so someone can please help me, i need advice that kya main mera naya ration card banwa sakta hoon.

Form D-1 at the official site of Haryana is defective. It has been hoisted without converting it in any language. People are facing difficulty. Pl get it corrected so that people can download it.
