I request you please tell me how to add my name in my husband family Ration Card. How many time in process & which is the month ?
i want application latter for cancellation ration card name of my wife
Dear Sir,
I stay in mulund, got recently married and want to add my Wife's name in my ration card. Currently I hold an orange colour ration card. when I approached the ration office in mulund, they told me that if your family's income is more than 1 lac per year, you have to convert you orange card into a new white card. they told me to collect the form after 1 week on 18 march 2014. when I again went to the ration office for form with documents, they are now giving a reason that Elections are going on so no new request will be processed till election. I dint get the reason what is the similarity between ration office and elections. Now again I have to wait for 2 Months for this procedure. Also 2 Months is a very huge amount of time for this procedures to remain closed
Apart from this a lady over there is asking for a BRIBE of Rs 3, 000 to do this procedure within 7 days and give the passport back with changes. I was shocked to hear that how the hell she can say and do this when they are saying that for 2 months the ration office would be closed.
please look into the matter and suggest me something as i want to apply for my wife's passport as i will be soon shifting to US for company's work for some time.

My mom was going Many times for just add my sisters name in ration card but there staff are told different n different way for ad name.I want to 2 times submit add name application in Matiala (47, Goyla Road, Din Darpur, Najafgarh, Delhi-110044) food Supplie office. till today i didnt get any perfect procedure for it. PLEASE add my sisters name in ration card very fastly.
