[Resolved] Ration Card — issued a ration card to my tenant without my NOC. | |||
RESPECTED SIR, I the undersigned Ranjit shinde hereby inform you that i had given a complaint twice on email to you. but till today i have'nt get any response from your side.i am the owner of the land and my tenant had applied for ration card at M ward rationing office,chembur. i had given so many complaint against him but the M ward rationing office issued ration card to him without my NOC. I had given 7 to 8 times complaint to cheif controller of rationing but there is no reply from him.after getting the ration card the above person tried to transfer my house to his name. i am a poor man and my future is depended upon my house.i filed a complaint at city civil court and the person Mr. Pradip baburao shirsat will produce the ration card to the court.hence i request you to cancel the ration card of above person at the earliest.hope you do the needful. thanks and regards ranjit shinde [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Hello, do you know what you are saying. You cant stop anybody from owning a ration card just because you are the owner. Nobody can register your property, if you have all the documents in your name. Dont mix ration card and property issue.
