Just six months back, we were informed by the Ration Shop owner, that the have deleted my fathers name (Dahyalal M Pandya), from the Ration Card, though no such confirmation was received from the Rationing office - in writing nor verbally -Wehn I visited the Rationing Office, he had many reasons, but not the actual answer, as to why the name was deleted.
