The agent operating from Aurangabad is absconding since 2 months and has taken away my 1 lakh rupees. He used to do business through his own account and used to transfer funds to our account saying that he is the only person who can transfer the money. However, I came to know that we can deal with the company directly if we have an account in ICICI.
