[Resolved]  RBK Stores indusventures, L.P.N.Store, Kanpur — Replacement of Shoe within the warranty period

i have bought Reebok shoe with article no R270845 having size of 9 for an amount of 1979/- on 25 th january 2009 at L.P.N. Store, kanpur (it belongs to RBK Stores Indusventures). My bill no . is 1089. it has warranty period also. on the third day, i was very surprized to find that the shoe (what i bought) with thread broken. All the striching thread was broken (failed). I went to the concern shoe and asked for the replcemnt immediately as i don't have any other shoe pair to wear. But the LPN stores sales man was saying it will take min 3 months time to get it repaired.I asked for replacemnt. But they were not ready to do so.
So i request you to plz look into this compliant and do the needful justice.
