[Resolved]  Reader's Digest — 3 free gifts

I recieved a year subscription as a X-mas gift. With my Feb. 2010 I got a card with special thanks! and I could claim my 3 free gifts at www.readersdigest.com/3free. All that was found at this site were dozens of complaints, nothing to sign up or register for. I also am very sadden that this problem seems to be ongoing for months and has not been corrected by Reader's Digest.

Readers Digest — three free gifts?

Can't get any information on free gifts. What gives? See people are complaining. Please explain...

Readers Digest — 3 gifts do not exist

Why advertise this if you do not have it. This subscription will not be renewed. Thought Readers Diges was above this deceitfulness.
I tried to log on to www.readersdigest.com/3free to find nothing. Is this a scam? Why offer gifts for free for my subscription to readers digest if they are not going to acknowledge their free gifts.

Reader's Digest — 3 free gifts from Reader's Digest

I tried to order ny 3 free gifts, but when I typrd in the web address, it said it didn't exist. There was no phone number on the card, so I'm stuck. I tried e-mailing Reader's Digest, but have gotten no reply.

Readers Digest — 3 Gifts

Readers Digesrt was to give 3 free . which everyone assumed would be a gift. nothing not even a reply
I totally agree with the other complaints about Readers Digest. Not once have I been able to access www.readersdigest.com/3free. I will never order Readers Digest again and will advise my friends to discontinue ordering unless Readers Digest makes right to their customers. How Readers Digest gets away with this false advertising is unbeleivable to me. There are a lot of other magazines that I can buy and I will do so.
I am having the same experience as the three posted ones--no response, no information, no gifts--what gives? Certainly not theReaders Digest. I would appreciate a reply from the publisher.
This happens every time Readers Digest sends a card like this offering free gifts. Usually I get a message saying the link is broken or the site is expired, but sometimes it is an offer for free condensed or book-of-the-month (select selections) books, for trial. They aren't really free as a month later RD begins sending overpriced books that many people are too lazy or busy to cancel and RD then can collect on the bil for the truly unwanted items.
Is this free gift thing a scam? It never works out when I try to log on to the web site. It appears to me it is very poor advertising. I'm dissapointed in Readers Digest.

I also could'nt find a way to get the 3 gifts.. Why say 3 gifts waiting for me, you don't even have them
avaiable. Ed
Your three free gifts are waiting for you does not exist. I have tried every possible way to access the web address you advertised on the gift card you sent to me.
I just got the notice in the mail and got online like the notice said to do and got a reading of another person complaint. This is not a very good way to do business. If this a scam run by someone, I personally think it stinks.
Thanks for the 3 fre gifts.

If someone can tell me how to find the three free gifts awaiting me, please tell how to claim them.

What a crock!!!
why does R.D show 3 gift wrapped boxes.? there all empty just like their rag!! I know thats harsh, but what a let down. Like my auto shop teacher told us ; There is no free lunch.
where are the 3 free gifts????????????????????????????????????
Got a card after renewing my subscription...says to go online for 3 free gifts...but as others have said, I cannot find out how to access them.

Please reply.
I received two cards stating that I should go to www.readersdigest.com/3free, which I did and here I am. No free gifts after subscribing. Is this due to the fact that they are filing for bankruptcy?

PLEASE help me to find out how to get my "3 FREE GIFTS" and the card says:
"Claim them today at:
www.readersdigest.com/3free" - and I was UNABLE to get answers.
I look forward to your prompt, detailed and correct instructions...THANKS.
It should NOT be this difficult...HELP!!!
This is the second card that I have recieved. I thought, "Oh, they must have fixed it this time!" But no...there is still no such website. What are they thinking?!?!?!?
This is just another example of Reader's Digest's "carrot on a stick" that never pans out. No wonder they are going into bankrupcy. It has become far less a quality magazine that in previous times.
