[Resolved]  Reader's Digest — Free gift

You send out in your mail a "claim your free surprise gift" with a web site www.readersdigest.com.au/gift rewards, to go to but when you try and find it you can't. Whatever site you pick doesn't help.

I'me also stuned by the fact that you advertise such promotions as free gifts, and you can't follow through! Stop waisting paper, and our time!

Reader's Digest — Free gifts

RCVD card w/ last magazine to go online to get "2 FREE GIFTS are waiting for you." This page is where to email address sent me. Is there something/somewhere else to do? I see I am not alone in this quest!!!
I also tried to get to the site that promises 3 free gifts. Their web site is outrageous anyway. I tried to pay my subscription on line and could never get past the login page. How frustrating.
I received the card with the 3 gifts offer and entered the information as instructed only the first time it said there were no matches and then it cme up with this page. This is crap and I would like to have the offer of 3 free gifts honored but I don't want a bunch of junk. I would like to see what the gifts are before they are sent.

I agree also, its very disappointing i guess nothing is ever free.I think now is a good time to actually give out gifts to subscribers given this incident

I have just received your magazine with a free surprise gift offer on a
pull out card at the back of the July 2010 issue. There is nothing on the website that gives you a free gift offer. You have a good magazine, and I enjoy the articles, but you should give what you advertise. If your professional about it, you'll provide a free gift. Acc. No. [protected].
