[Resolved] Reader's Digest — Non receipt of magazine | |||
Dear Sir, This is in reference to the non receipt of my subscription copies of Reader's Digest Magazine for the months of Feb, Mar & Apr, 2012. I have renewed my subscription for one year (2012). I have received the VPP and paid the required amount. My subscriber Number is 12-PUR 2012- RD[protected]/0-Jan'13. I was supposed to receive the first subscription copy for the month of February, 2012. Its 19th. of April,2012 and I have not received any copy till now. It is pertinent to mention here that it has become a routine here at post office Udrana (182221), Bhadarwah (J & K) to tear the packets and deliver them after one month or more. But this time I have not received the copy of Readers Digest for three months. Pleas look into the matter and do the needful at your end. So that I get my subscription and other items on time. reader digest — Non receipt of my copies
I have not yet got my copies of the subscription made on 23 march 2009 till date.My reciept no :RD-WEB[protected]R dated 23-3-09.
This is to inform you that, I had applied for monthly subscription of Reader's Digest Book for Year 2009, for which Pre- payment of Amt.Rs.449 has also made from my SBI credit card no.[protected] in the month of Aug’ 09, for which I hadn't received book till now.
So kindly arrange get start my monthly issues and 3 free gift also.
I also made twice telephonically communicate with your excutives regarding this matter still no action taken.

Reader's Digest monthly magazine — Non receipt of subscription copy
My readers digest subscription no is RD[protected]. After receiving three copies that is in Oct, Nov, Dec 2009 I have not received my copy of the readers digest. Imade a complaint by email on 21 jan 10. The same was never acknowledged. I also made complaints on the toll free number around 25 jan 10 and on 08 feb 10 (complaint number 2525840). Till date that is 16 feb 10 I have not received the jan copy . Also I have received the Feb copy now. Is there any way I can sue this company for taking due care of its costumers. There toll free number as well as the other landline number is always busy and is a pain to contact them. my mobile no. is [protected]. I'm not able to call to others mobile.

I have made a payemnt of Rs.449/- vide payment ID MICI [protected] on 7th June 2012 which is yearly subscription for the Reader's Digest magazine. I have still not received the magazine. There is also no communication from Reader's Digest end. Readers Digest — non-receipt of magazine
Dear sir,I wish to state that Iam a regular subscriber of this reputed magazine eagerly wait for the magazine every month.Iam not receiving my copy regularly since March 08 as according them I have not paid the subscription charges but they are wrong. Postal Department is not delivered the amount to them. The money order issued to Readers Digest was 4276 issued on 22.01.08.
What should i do now
