Mansani Constructions in Karmanghat is having fake lands...they force and attract by showing the lands within city limits ...they show all the sale deads but after booking they say that unexpectedly the land is under case as some other person has kept a case and brought papers that it is their land and they delay it. They use that money until 2 years and finaly when the customer is provoked or strong customer they return back cancelling 10 to 20 % out of it. if customer is weak they return onky 50% of amount as cancellation charges. Please dont beleive them and make sure the land and construction started. Swetha and Kishore husband and wife are cheaters. i am Mansani Construction customer, i have able to fulfill my dream of having my own house and i got a beautiful house in sr nagar with the help of them. But i don't know why all those negative comments by the people saying that it is fraud, cheater. I am a fully satisfied customer ended up with a beautiful house which took very less time than i expected.I enquired many people before approaching mansani construction, they all gave a positive feedback and they are also the happy customers of that company...I think these negative comments are the cheap tricks of its competitor companies to destroy the fame of it... i think these reviews won't effect the company name bcz the good name that it has achieved among the people keep growing it... But feeling very sad that inorder to increase thier business these competitor companies thrashing a company with good name and fame with negative reviews...I am writing this as i was frustrated seeing a good company facing the threat of negativity, which helped me fulfilling my dream of a own house... PEOPLE ONLY COME TO U IF YOUR QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD DON"T SPOIL THE GOOD WILL OF A COMPANY BY PLAYING THESE CHEAP TRICKS OF POSTING NEGATIVE COMMENTS...

Mansani Construction provides good construction for it's customers. As i'm one of it's customer this is my personal experience they construct houses beautifully. Don't believe the negative reviews given by it's competitors. I did a enquiry before going to Mansani construction then i got all positive reviews by a lot of people they also told that they are also totally satisfied with mansani construction. So, don;t believe the negative reviews. Go and get you dream house come true by Mansani Construction.
