I have not subscribed but the company is taking unauthorised charges from my account without providing any services.

Realplayer Superpass / Unlimited Movies — Cannot contact to cancel subscription

For some considerable time I have had my Visa card account debited with monthly charges for Realplayer Superpay and Unlimited Movies. When I have tried to contact them to cancel the payments, I have had no success. I do not recall signing up for these in the first place, and to date it has cost me a considerable amount of money. At the very least I would like to have these payments cancelled forthwith, and I feel that as they have been an unauthorised debit to my account, I feel that I should receive the money back (Probably a vain hope). In my opinion, this is a blatant rip-off.

EVERYBODY WHO IS ON THIS SITE...THESE SCAMMERS STOLE FROM ME TOO.
