[Resolved] RechargeItNow.com — Money deducted but no recharge | |||
I tried to online recharge my MTS Mblaze number [protected] for Rs 999 on 30 Nov 2012 time around 1 AM. Money was deducted from my credit card account but no recharge was done. The payment gateway was 'payu' which said transaction was successful but when it redirected to rechargeitnow it showed error has occurred. When i checked the transaction history on their site it does not even list my transaction as failed. In fact the transaction is not even there. All previous transactions have status as 'SUCCESS'. Why can't they show this transaction as 'FAILED'? I think they just want to take the money and say that no such transaction took place! Also their 'contact us' page has no phone/email id provided, just one form to fill up. I have filed a complaint on the 'contact us' option but looking at number of complaints where people have not got their money even after months, I don't have much hope. Due to this, i will miss the diwali offer of mts which provided 15 GB(10+5 GB more as diwali offer) unlimited for 999 for recharges till 30 Nov 2012. MTS should stop doing business with them. I recharged my Videocon D2H on 13th August 2011. Money (Rs. 300) was deducted from my account but the recharge failed. Here are the details of the transaction. I have tried to contact RechargeItNow customer care through email but I have not yet received any response. Please revert the transaction immediately.

I have in fact checked my recharge history in the website itself and its not showing any recharge. My account has been debited So I am writing about this to rechargeitnow ever since but I haven't received any reply back. I used to trust these guys and used to refer this site to my friends but after such a pathetic "no response", I am thinking of flooding each and every consumer forum that PLEASE DO NOT RECHARGE via rechargeitnow unless they refund my money back.

I have the same problem.I tried to online recharge my MTS Mblaze number for Rs 248 on 8th dec 2012 at around 1 AM through net banking. Money was deducted from my account but no recharge was done. The payment gateway was 'payu' which said transaction was successful but when it redirected to rechargeitnow it showed error has occurred. I tried again hoping that this time it will be done but it failed again.so, the money was deducted twice. I dont know where to check the transaction history.

Sir, I have an error while recharge for dishtv [protected] for Rs:25 buy using INGvyvsa card, there is no oder id and any transcation details in my account.The transaction amount detected but no added in dishtv and and completed transcation not added in dishtv.my register mobile no in my ING bank is [protected] and this no is used in rechargeitnow.com.So, please complete my transcation or else refund my money

MONEY DEDUCED BUT NOT RECHARGED: I recharged my mts modem of number [protected] with rc.499 using rechargeitnow. When redirected an error message showed up. So my number was not recharged but my balance was deduced. Please refund my money.

Rechargeitnow — Money deducted but no product received
Dear Sir/Madam,I have recharged my cellone mobile phone no.[protected] through rechrgeitnow.com using my corp bank debit card on[protected] at 12.05 pm. My transaction id is R[protected]. But I found that this recharge was not succesful,though I recieved the mail stating it is succesful.Therefore I have requested for refund of my cash Rs.222/- on[protected].I have waited for their reply.
Till to date I have neither recieved refund or any mail.I kindly request you to help me in refund cash.
