[Resolved]  Red Bus Service — Red Bus Ticket Booking Issue

Hi,

I am Ravindran, I Booked the Ticket on 22nd Dec 2009 for the travel Mumbai to Banglore on 24th Dec 2008. Red bus Team emailed the ticket after i made the payment. The Ticket Number is TBDJ78948324. I reached Boarding location and i asked bus operator for My boarding pass. Operator has informed your ticket has canceld by Red bus. You can talk with Red bus. I received message bus team. We are talking with BUS Operator give me 5 min time. we will call back you. I didn't get any call back from red bus. Even hot line numbers also not worked. I losed my holidays trips and onward ticket booking and retrun ticket.

I recommeding all off you. Don't use Red bus Service. you contact directly on the bus operator to get the ticket to avoid hassels.

I agree with you. Redbus service is not trustworthy and one should not use this service if he doesn't want to get spoiled. These redbus peoples are kind of suck their customers. They don't have any co-ordination with bus operators.Most of the times seats you booked either are not in well maintained bus Or are allocated to other peoples by bus operators. I had this experience twice in a year and made my mind to not use this service anymore. When it comes to refund of tickets no one in redbus office will co-operate with customers. In short these guys rob customers with bus operators.

SO NEVER BOOK WITH REDBUS & GET SPOILED and HARNESSED.
i fully agree with this complaint. I travelled yesterday night, by a redbus bookikng. the detais fo the ticket are given below.

i boarded the bus at trissur byepass and at coimbatore 2 people came saying seat nos. 29 and 30 are theirs. they showed me their tickets. they were two. finally i had to go to another seat. i have written to redbus booking and am awaiting a reply. giving the same seat to more than one and what responsible work are they doing. and there were multiple such complaints int the same bus! I would suggest people not to go by redbus.
even the bus i travelled was freezing us with 14.degree centigrade. when i complained to the driver and conductor they were not knowing how to increase the temperature. all that they did was to give a probably 4 x 3 feet blanket.
please don't lose
Fraudulent Company Beware !!!

Lots of complaints... may be we should take it to consumer court...

RedBus — Money dedeucted from account but ticket not booked

After repeated reminder money is not submitted back to my Account. Please porovide my money back.
