sir,
when i was booking the ticket on 18.01.2011 from chennai to tiruchendur(Jeppiar Travels) .At the end of transaction , i didnt get any response and the page has been going on loading .. the concerned seat has been blocked but i didnt get the ticket .Then I called REDBUS customer care ,they said that the seat has been blocked ,not yet booked and said that they would release in half an hour and asked me to book again.
Finally i waited for half an hour and booked the same seat and travelled .. The thing is i got debited for two seats ..till now i didnt get the refund... i request you to refund the price of one ticket(RS 590) as soon as possible.. Regards,

i've booked the ticket on 11th feb for feb 13th journey of Rs.400, but they debited Rs.1200 from my account.Their customer service is not satisfied please do request for my issue and i've already submitted my bank statement to their support team but no response still in sharma travels through redbus online booking.i'm going to complaint regarding this problem to consumer court after a day.Thankyou.
I have booked 2 tickets online in December 2010 and have cancelled it online too.
I have sent e mails and even called them for refund but there is no answer from them till today.
My brother booked 3 window seats with Omar travels via red
bus and we were informed by Omar travels that the bus has been changed and we
will not get window seats and we were given last seat and it was very
uncomfortable for my family members as there were two senior citizens. Later
they were asked to board a ST bus and part of the journey was in ST
bus. I sent mail to Redbus and CC it to their supervisor to provide me with 50% refund but they haven't replied to my mail

I have booked bus ticket for rajkot from baroda at 1:45am on 5/08/2013 by Redbus.in and also booked return ticket on 6th august from rajkot to baroda.

but they are not allowing me to travel on 5th august and saying that that ticket is booked for 6th august so i have to travel on 6th.

i told them that i have a ticket for 5th august. but they have not allowed so i told to refund my money back because I dont want to go on 6th august because i have an important work on 5th august so it is meaningless for me to go on 6th.

Then i contact the redbus customer service, and they at that time agreed to refund my money
but when i talked to them today (6th august) they are saying that my bus was on 5th august . and i was not traveled on 5th august so money can not be refunded.

So I need to refund my both the ticket as my return ticket also not useful as i was not gone to rajkot due to this issue
Please provide as I try book ticket on Redbus 24 Aug 2013. But unfortunately in the last minute transaction was failed. once again I tried, but failed again., and the amount was debited from my account., They told me that I will get refund within 5 working days and that my refund was initiated on 24th itself. Till now I did not get my refund and so I contacted Redbus.in Customer Care, from that day, every time they used to give me the same excuses that there is some problem in the payment gateway and you will get money today or tomorrow. It was very frustrating. Then I thought of going for filed complaint against them.much information as possible...
my name durga rao am booking a online bus ticket through debit card from markapuram to hyderabad date :4/10/13 amount (450) is transfer but ticket is not book
I booked ticket for Mumbai to Pune dated 29.01.2015. I was at boarding point till 3:45 am but bus didn't come. I called all the numbers given in my eticket but all numbers were switched off. I contacted Redbus many times but no response. No refund also.

Soon i Shared the post asking refund to this complaint forum with my number- some one called from

[protected] asking my card details and all other information - and informed me from redbus and they will refund the money - please be inform that this is not from redbus, if any such activities pl inform to the police complaint cyber cell and track the guys -they are cheating people and taking money from the account - pl track it down.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked online tickets through Red bus.com on 24th NOV2015 to travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 24NOV2015 for 1 Member.

Payment was done through Payumoney. After Payment transaction got a message stating Seat was not booked & Payment received successfully. But i received message and mail from Payumoney for successful payment. My seat was not Booked. You people failed to sent the Seat Booking message to me after receiving My Money

You are all making fool of the customers. You never seemed to be bothered about the treatment to your customers. There is no feed back once the tickets are booked and care a bit once you take the money. I had an unpleasant experience with the way your system works. I had booked 2 tickets for me & my wife from Chennai for the up (29.02.2016) & down (01.03.2016) travel from your site believing that I could reach home the next day but when i reached the opposite direction destination of Virudhunagar on the same day i got a message saying that the said return bus to Chennai had been cancelled.Is this how you treat a customer, not even giving me an option of any other alternative bus service.I was really worried because I had to be in Chennai by the next day(as I had left my kids and father alone) but some how i was able board a train and reach Chennai. Apart from bad service you had also not refunded the said amount even after 10 days for cancellation. Now I had to wait for the refund...

I cancelled two tickets a month back but haven't received the refund amount yet.
Redbus is not at all considering such requests resulting in loss of money.
Hereafter, I won't book tickets in redbus.
I recently cancelled the ticket from Hyderabad to Pune.price I will get after cutting cancellation charges 1098.please make sure to be deposit in account.ticket number : TJ8D25395282.
Through Redbus, I had booked ticket from Pune to Indore for[protected] with Rajratan Tours. I received message that bus got cancelled due to low no of passengers. They give me booking for very next day but again it got cancelled and this time even didn't send sms. Rajratan just called and settled on phone call.

I raised concern with Redbus (Tkt #1843514) for the same. But Redbus helpline people asked me to send details through mail and then didn't respond.

I again called helpline and sent them mail with all the required details. Still no reply received from them.

Big time frustrated with such a weird behavior. Please help me with correct contact person.
